In the analysis phase, we want to find out more about your vision and mission. We want to understand why you want to set something in motion with the new project. We analyze your company's data, previous measures and competitors (depending on the initial situation). This data gives us an insight into the strengths and weaknesses of your company and the opportunities and potential become visible.

During planning, we put all the findings from the analysis on the table and determine the procedure. We work with you to define the scope and objectives. Qualitative goals: How do you want your products/services to be perceived? What is the customer journey like? Quantitative goals: KPIs and/or OKRs. We also tackle resource planning, strategy definition and the design of specific measures.

Operational implementation is often the most extensive phase: content is created, designs are created, campaigns are set up. Close coordination is carried out with you until we are both convinced of the result. This phase usually overlaps with the subsequent distribution phase.

This is about spreading the word and publicizing your company and its products/services. The focus is on the previously defined objectives. The target groups must be reached without major scattering losses. We differentiate between online and offline distribution measures.

How effective are the measures and campaigns? To what extent have your goals been achieved? This is where we start, for example, with testing (A/B, multivariate testing). We collect the data, compare the significance and then make the decisions for optimization.

By monitoring success, we know the optimization potential. There are usually many opportunities for optimization. Depending on the results of the analysis and the performance review, CTAs are optimized, for example, content and approach are fine-tuned, benefits for the user are formulated more clearly, images are used in a more target group-oriented way, etc. After the optimizations, we measure the performance again.
