In the analysis phase, we want to learn more about your vision and mission. We want to understand why you want to set something in motion through the new project. We analyze your company's data, previous measures and competitors (depending on the initial situation). Based on this data, we gain insight into the strengths and weaknesses of your company and the opportunities and potentials become visible. 

During planning, we put all the findings from the analysis on the table and determine the course of action. We define the scope and objectives with you. Qualitative goals: How should your products/services be perceived? What is the customer journey like? Quantitative goals: KPIs and/or OKRs. In addition, we tackle resource planning, strategy definition and conception of concrete measures. 

The operational implementation is often the most extensive phase: content is created, designs are created, campaigns are set up. Close coordination with you is carried out until we are both convinced of the result. This phase usually overlaps with the following one, the distribution. 

This is about spreading and publicizing your company, products/services. The focus is on the previously defined goals. The target groups must be reached without large scattering losses. We distinguish between online and offline distribution measures. 

What is the effectiveness of the measures and campaigns? To what extent were your goals achieved? With tracking & analysis tools, we measure how users behave on your website, what they pay attention to/don't pay attention to, where attention is greatest, and where bounces occur. This is where we come in, for example, with testing (A/B, Multivariate Testing). We collect the data, compare the significance and then make the decisions for optimization. 

By monitoring success, we know the potential for optimization. In most cases, there are many possibilities for optimization. Depending on the results of the analysis and the performance review, for example, CTAs are optimized, content and approach are fine-tuned, benefits for the user are formulated more sharply, images are used in a more target-group-oriented way, etc. After the optimizations, we measure the performance again.
